Recipients have 30 days to book. Every nominee completes a simple identity and background check first, similar to renting a car. Nomination doesn’t guarantee a stay; eligibility, available funding, and the program terms control what happens next.

Airyn’s House helps teachers, first responders, nurses, and other serving people rest through community-funded stays. Anyone can nominate someone who deserves it, and eligible people can nominate themselves. The button opens the Airyn’s House Giving Hub hosted by Givebutter; Airyn’s House applies contributions under the campaign and program terms.

What a funded stay does and does not include
- Accommodation within the award. The stay itself, arranged with a property approved for funded stays.
- One award, one stay. Each award covers one reservation. It is not a cash payment and has no cash value.
- Owners are paid. Participating owners are compensated under the stay terms. This is not a property donation.
- Operations are separate. Airinn supports Airyn’s House operating costs, so contributions stay focused on stays.
A nomination is not an award. Eligibility, available funding, host terms, and availability decide whether a funded stay happens. Contributions are handled through the Givebutter-hosted campaign; consult your tax adviser about contribution treatment.
One-time or recurring. Honor someone specific, or give to the general fund.
Payments are handled securely by Givebutter. Check with your CPA about the tax treatment of your gift.

Own or manage a short-term rental? This section is the funded-stay participation path: use the existing House form to express interest. Airinn can follow up about the onboarding and participation options currently available for your property.
Only want a public discovery page? Get a Free Listing instead.
A Free listing is a public, nonbookable discovery page. It does not make the property eligible for a funded stay. Funded-stay approval requires an eligible participation path and a verified live calendar connection, and recipients book only through their private Hub.
Eligible STRP and AIRYN AI plans include Airyn’s House participation by default once that live calendar connection is verified. Owners can opt out per property at any time. Opting out does not cancel Airinn services.
Every participating property gives Airyn’s House another potential place to serve someone.
This is not a property-donation form. Submitting it records participation interest for follow-up. It does not create or publish a listing, or approve a property for a funded stay.

Landon spent years in real estate across Texas and Colorado as an agent, investor, builder, developer, and short-term rental owner. One of his goals was always to use that success to give something back to the people who spend so much of their lives serving others: teachers, first responders, pastors, medical professionals, caregivers, single parents, and more.
One guest changed the question
A woman staying at one of Landon’s short-term rentals was dealing with a serious domestic violence situation. The property gave her a temporary place to land without immediately establishing a new permanent address or the complications that come with trying to find safety. It changed the way he thought about what a short-term rental could be. The question shifted from how a property performs to:
“What else can this property do for someone?”
That idea became Airyn’s House
Airyn’s House provides restorative stays for people who spend their lives serving their families and communities. The recipient receives the stay, the property owner is paid, and Airinn covers the nonprofit’s operating costs so donated dollars can stay focused on the mission.
That structure is intentional. Landon did not want generosity to depend on asking an owner to sacrifice the value of their investment. He wanted a system where the property could perform well for the owner while also creating opportunities to serve someone else.
